Conforms to the application for a Trustees Permit heretofore filed in this
office Dated September 2, 2005 pursuant to which Trustees Coastal Erosion Permit#6215C
Dated October 19, 2005, and Trustees Administrative Permit#6215A, Dated
October 19, 2005.,were issued and conforms to all of the
requirements and conditions of the applicable provisions of law.
The project for which this certificate is being issued is
for the Administrative permit for the existing deck and the Coastal Erosion Management
permit for the existing deck seaward of the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area.
The certificate is issued to GERTRUDE IGLESIAS owners of the
aforesaid property.
