THIS CERTIFIES that the removal of existing sunroom, create a porch area on the
south side, add an entry roof on the east side and an outside shower on the west side, interior
alterations, new windows, doors, siding and roofing, with the condition of the installation of
gutters, leaders and drywells to contain roof runoff and in accordance with Chapter 236 of the
Town Code-Storm Water Runoff, the removal of the corrugated drainage pipe thatgoes through
the bulkhead; and the alteration of the existingpatios and steps

office Dated March 17, 2009 pursuant to which Trustees Wetland Permit#7070
Dated April 22, 2009, was issued and Amended on June 24, 2009 and conforms to all
of the requirements and conditions of the applicable provisions of law. The project
for which this certificate is being issued is
