NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Southold Town Landmarks Preservation Commission determines that the proposal as presented at the public hearing meets criteria for approval under Section 56-7 (b) of the Town Code, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Commission approves the request of Alexander and Tracy Sutton for a Certificate of Appropriateness.
