Yankee for the period November 81 1948 to November 11, 1948, both dates inclusive, and Whereas , the Town Board of the Town of Southold finds that in view of exigencies of the situation, an emergency existed requiring immediate action by said commissioners , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , that the acts of said Commissioners in entering into said contract be and the same hereby is approved.
