The 'Meeting was �- called' to order at 1:30 'P.M. with the following present: 'Supervisor Klipp; Justices Terry Tuthill,' Albertson and Clark; Town Superinten- dent of. Highways, Price; 'Town Attorney, Terry and Town Clerk, Booth. t4 The Board sat at once as .a committee on audit to examine claims against the Town, concluding the audit work at 2 P.M. The minutes of the previous meetings were read and duly approved, _ as read. Chief of Police, Otto L. Anrig presented the Police report for the month of April and the Police schedule for the months of May and "�+_ June. Moved by Justice Albertson; seconded by Justice Terry: ` Resolved: That the Town Police report for the month of April be ac- cepted by the Town Board and placed on file. Unanimously adopted. ` Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Justice Albertson: Resolved: That the Town.Board does hereby approve the schedule sub- mitted by the Police Dept. for the months of May and June. Unanimously adopted. Moved by Justice Terry; seconded by J-istice Albertson: � . . Resolved: That General Bills in the amount of $3,085.75; District Bills in the amount of $1,135.54; Fishers Island Ferry District Bills in the amount of $537.5o and Nonoreimbursable Welfare Bills in the amount of $25.55 be and the same are hereby ordered. paid. Therefore Be It Resolved:. That as . the required dedications have..been duly received, map of the same duly filed and the 'necessary papers . signed, the Town Board take over and maintain as public highwayr- - � Shirley Road, Youngs Ave. , Horton Ave. , Pine St. , and Oak St. Unanimously adopted. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Terry: Resolved: That the regular monthly meeting of this Board ;be held at the office of the Supervisor on Tuesday, May 25, 19489 at 1:30 *� P..M, Unanimously adopted.
