A Special, meeting of the Southold Torn Board- was held at the office '
„ of .Supe.rvisor.. Norman E. Klipp at' Greenport, on November 289 1949.
The Meeting was called to order at ' 7 P.M. with' the .following
' pr:esent: Supervisor Klipp; Justices Terry;, Tuthill; Albertson;.and
Clark; Town Attorney .Terry and. Town Clerk Booth.
The bond{ for the Receiver of 'Taxes was presented to_ the Board for
approval.
Moved' by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Justice C1arkR
� } Resolved: That Bond No. 2330885 of the Fidelity and Casualty Company
of New York for Receiver of Taxes, William Y. Terry, Jr. .in the .sum
- ' of $50,000.60 'be and the same is hereby approved as to its form,
manner of execution and sufficiency of surety therein.
Unanimously adopted.

appoint Harold J. Baker as Subregistrar of Vital' Statistics-' for
Fishers Island, Town of Southold, N.Y.
