Klipp at Green- port, on Friday, Dec. 29, 1950. The meeting was called to order at 1:30- P.-M. with the following present: Supervisor Klipp;, Justices Terry,Tuthill Albertson and Clark; Town Superintendent of' Highways Price; Town Attorney Terry and Town Clerk Booth. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and were duly approved as- reAd. Moved by Justice Albertson; Seconded by Justice Terry: Resolved: That the regular monthly audit meeting of this Board be held at the office of the_, Supervisor at Greenport on Tuesday, January 9, 1951. .Unanimously adopted. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Albertson: ' Resolved: That the Town Board does hereby approve License Contract No.. D A - 19 - 0;6 - eng-545 between the Fishers Island Ferry District and the Department of- the Armyfor use of a 'certain parcel of land to- gether with buildings and docks, : located at New London, Conn. for a. period of one year, ginning Oct. 1, 1950 and ending Sept. 30, 1951.9 both dates inclusive. ... ..!
