The ,meeting was called to order at 1:30 P,.M. . with the following present: Supervisor Klipp; Justices Terry-f Tuthill, Albertson and Clark; Town Superintendent of Highways Price; ter, Town Attorney Terry and sown Clerk Booth. The Board' sat at once as a committee on audit to examine claims against the Town,. concluding the audi t' work at 2:00 P.M. The Minutes of the two previous meeting$ were read and were duly approved y_ as read. Moved by Justice Terry seconded by Justice Clark: — �— - Resolved: That -the annual audit meeting of this Board be held at the office of the Supervisor at Greenport, on Friday, Dec. 29, 1950, at 1:30 P.M. - "" Unanimously adopted. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Terry: Resolved: That the Town -Ooard does hereby approve the letter agreement between the -''ishers Island Ferry District and E.S. Wilcox .in the operations r ; of the vessel m/v Mystic Isle in the sum of $3,937.98, from Nov. 1 to Nov. 30, 1950, both dates inclusive. � <.. Unanimously adopted. The Bonds of Supervisor. Klipp were presented to the .Board for approval. Moved by Justice Terry; seconded by Justice Clark: Resolved: That Bond No. is 116 753 issued by the Aetena Casualty and Surety `'ompany in the sum $60,000.00, on behalf of Supervisor Norman E. Klipp be and the. same is hereby approved as to its form, sum, manner of execution and sufficiency of surety therein. Four vates in the affirmative, Supervisor - - Klipp not voting. -' Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Tuthill: - Resolved: That pursuant to the provisions of Section 283 of the Highway Law, Bond No. is 116 752 issued by the Aetena Casualty and Surety Company on behalf of 'supervisor Norman E. Klipp,. in the sum of $5,000.00, be and the same is hereby approved as to' its form, sum, manner of execution and ^. sufficiency of surety therein. Your votes in the affirmative, Supervisor Klipp not voting. A A communication was read from Mayor Burt of the Village of Greenport, requesting the Town of "outhold assure part of the expense of maintaining � the Greenport Village, dump as residents outside of the Village limits are using said dump. The oard instructed the Supervisor to take the matter up with the .Mayor and repot at a later date. Moved by Justice Albertson; seconded by Justice Terry: Resolved: That the Police Report for the month of November be accepted by the Town Board and placed on file. Unanimously adopted. Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Justice Clark: Resolved: That General Bills in the sum of 42,331.92;' Lighting District Bills in the sum of $19228.67• .Non-reimbursable Welfare Bills in the sum of ; ate $14. 51; Fishers Island Ferry District Bills account No. I in the sum of $97,230.'88; Fishers Island Ferry District Bills account No. 2 in the sum of $4,230.90; be and the same are hereby ordered paid.
