A special meeting of the louthold Town Board was held at the office of
supervisor Norman E. Klipp at Greenport, onWednesday' Nov. 29 , 1950.
The meeting was called to order at 1:30 P.M. with the following present: `
Supervisor Klipp9Justtces Terry' l•uthill and •Albertson;and 'down Clerk
Booth.

The Bond of the Receiver of Faxes was presented to the Voard for approval. y {
Moved by Justice Albertson; seconded by Justice Terry: N
Resolved: That Bond No. 2372804 issued b'•. y the Fidelity and Casualty
�orppany of New York, in the sum of $50,000.00 on behalq of Receiver
of Taxes William-Y. Terry,Jr. be and the same is hereby approved +��as to tts form' sum, manner of execution and sufficiency of surety
therein.
Unanimously adopted.
