Meeting of November 21, 1950
The Southold Town Board met at the office of Supervisor Norman E. hlipp
at Greenport , on lues . , Nov. 21, 1950. The meeting was called to order
at 1:30 P.M. with the following present: Supervisor Ylipp; Justices
-"J Terry;, Tuthill, .Albertson and Clark; Town Superintendent of Highways Price;
� ;.. � Town Attorney Terry and Town Clerk Booth.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and were duly approved as
read.
Otto W. Van Tuyl appeared before the Board presenting a map of "Greenport
—'i Homes" for. sub-division purposes.
Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Terry:
Resolved: That the Town Board does hereby approve the map of "Greenport
Homes" situate at Greenport, lown of °outhold, N.Y. ' owned and developed
by the United States of America for sub-division purposes , this sub-division
map was altered on July 24, 1950, and this resolution supercedes the one
which was adopted by the board on April 11 , 1950.
Unanimously adopted.
Moved by Justice Albertson: seconded by Justice Tuthill:
�. Resolved: That the regular monthly audit meeting of this Board be held at
the office of the Supervisor at Greenport, on Tues , , Dec. 5, 1950, at
1:30 P.M.
Unanimously adopted.

Resolved: That Irving M. Rogers of �reenport; ' William A. Mol:fit of
Southold; Donald 0 . Grathwohl of Mattituck and Richard G. Ahman of
Fishers Island be and hereby are appointed dog enumerators for the
Town of Southold for the year 1951.
Unanimously adopted.
A communication was received from the County superintendent of Highways
approving the release of six thousand dollars - of the reserve fund monies
T>, for the completion df work on the Town highways.
Adjournment was at 3:45 P.M.
