Meeting of Dec. 31 , 1951
The annual Meeting and the Annual Audit Meetingof the Southold Town
Board was held at the- office of Supervisor Norman E. Klipp at Greenport ,
on Monday, bec. 31, 1951. The meeting was called to order at 1:30 P.M.
with the following present:? Supervisor Klipp; Justices Terry, Tuthill ,
Albertdon and Clark; Town Ouperintendent of Highway Price; Town Attorney
Terry and Town Clerk Booth.
1 The minutes of the previous meeting were read and were duly p g y approved as
read.
Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Justice Albertson:
RESOLVED: That the regular monthly audit meeting and the Organization
Meeting of 'this Board be held at the office of the Supervisor at Greenport
on Tused.ay, January 8, 1952, at 1:30 P-M1,
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp , Justices Terry, Tuthill.,
Albertson and Clark.
sl A communication was read from the Secretary_ of the Board of Trustees
of the Presbyterian Church at Southold , Thanking the Town Board for
having the 'street light installed in front of the church.
Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Terry:
RESOLVED: That Supervisor Norman E . Klipp be designated to. represent
the Town of Southold at the Annual Meeting 6f the Association of Towns
of the State. of New York, to be held at Buffalo, N.Y. on February 6,7,
and 8, 1952, and to cast the vote of said Town of Southold and that 4
Justice Lester M. Albertson be designated as alternate to cast the vote
i of said Tovin in the absence of Supervisor Klipp.

.Albertson and Clark.
' Moved by Justice Clark; seconded; by Justice Albertson:
RESOLVED ghat Edward L. Frost be reimbursed by the Town of Southold for the
amount of taxex on his land at Orient, which has been used by the Town
for a parking field for the years 194' -1948-1949-1950 and 1951.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Edward L. Frost be compensated in the sum
of Thirty Five 'Dollars ($35.00) per year for the rent of said land,
effective January 1 , 1952, and that aaid land be covered by the general
town liability insurance.

son and Clark.
Moved by J-dstice Clark; sedonded by Justice Terry.
WHEREAS, the accounts of Supervisor `Norman E. Klipp were audited and the
Annual report of Supervisor Klipp for the fiscal year ~lo 51 was filed,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That such annual statement be entered in
detail in the Minutes of this Meeting by the Town Clerk as required by
Section 105 of the Town Law.
