HomeMy WebLinkAboutTB-04/10/1951 e� 4 Meeting of April 10, 1951. The Southold Town Board met at the office of Supervisor Norman E. Klipp at Greenport on Tuesday, April 10, 1951. The meeting was called to order at 1:30 P.M. with the following present: Supervisor Klipp; Justices Terry, "Tuthill, Albertson and Clark; Town Superintendent 'of Highways Price; Town Attorney Terry and Town Clerk Cooth. The Board sat as a Committee on audit to examine claims against the Town, concluding the audit work at 2;20 P.M. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and were duly approved as read. Moved by Justice Albertson; seconded by Justice Tuthill: .Resolved: That the regular monthly meeting of this Board will be held at the office of the Supervisor at Greenport on Tuesday, April 24, 1951, at 1:30 P.M. Unanimously adopted. C.H. Wickham appeared before the Board in regard to the change in �,- the grade and alinement in front of his property at Mattituck, also in regard to the Town taking over the westerly extention of Park Avenue at Mattituck. , Moved by 'Justice Albertson; seconded by Justice Terry: Resolved:: That the Police .Report for the month of March be accepted r �- by the Board and placed on file. Klipp be authorized to trans-, fer the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars($27500.00) from Fishers Island Ferry District Account #1 to Fishers Island Ferry District Account #2. Fishers Island Ferry' District Account #1 to be reimbursed in like amount by subsequent receipts from Fishers Island Ferry District Account #2. Unanimously adopted.
