A special meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board was held
on Monday, April 21, 1980, at the Town .Hall, Main Road, Southold,
New York. Present were:
Chairman Henry E. Raynor, Jr.
Vice-Chairman Frederick E. Gordon
Member Bennett Orlowski, Jr.
Member G. Ritchie Latham, Jr.
Chairman -Raynor opened the special meeting at 2:00 p.m.
On motion made by Mr. Orlowski, seconded by Mr. Latham, it was
RESOLVED to approve the site plan of the proposed Mattituck
Library expansion, said plan dated March .5, 1980 and revised April
8, 1980, and including fence around eliptical pond subject to a
one-year review.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Gordon, Orlowski, Latham
McNulty minor ,subdivision. Mr. Diller who is representing the
developer, has been--in contact with the Planning Board regarding the
denial of approval on this' 'matter referred from the Board of Appeals.
If Mr' Diller makes a request., the Planning Board is willing to meet
:with him, -.to explain Its -positon.
Cohen casual sale. This nutter has been presented to the Board
by Richard Lark, Attorney. Mr. Latham and Mr. Gordon will make an
inspection of. the property-and report at the next meeting as to
their -findings and recommendations.
There=--being no further business to come before the Board, Mr.
Orlowski made a motion, seconded by Mr. Gordon and carried to
adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 2:15 p.m.'

WAIVER OF NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD MEETING
We, the undersigned, being members of the Southold Town
Planning .Board, do hereby waive notice of the time, place and
purpose of the meeting of the Planning Board to be held at the
Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, on April 21, 1980
and do hereby consent that the same be held on said date for
the transaction of any business which may properly ,come
before said meeting.
