GEORGE RITCHIE LATHAM,Jr. WILLIAM F.MULLEN,Jr. The Southold Town Planning Board called a meeting with Mr. John A. DeFilippi, ERM-Northeast, Tuesday, April 19, 1983 at 2 : 00 p.m. at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York. Present were: Chairman Henry E. Raynor, Jr. Member William F. Mullen, Jr. Member G. Ritchie Latham, Jr. Member Bennett Orlowski, Jr. President John A. DeFilippi Mr. DiFilippi distributed a proposal, No. 83-051, to each Board mem- ber regarding a study by ERM-Northeast to further define the water quality and quantiy outside the budget areas . in zones two through five in areas between the one foot and two foot contours within the Town of Southold. The cost of said studies to be $2 ,500. 00. Mr. DeFilippi stated they could determine within 10% of what is avail- able in these areas . Question was raised at to whether the County would aid with the funding. This was noted to be very doubtful . The Board extended thanks to Mr. DeFilippi for his input. The members of the Board discussed the proposal submitted by Mr. DiFilippi. The Board was in agreement that this study would bean important tool in. .aiding the .Town of Southold during the Master Plan Update. On motion .made by Mr. Orlowski, seconded by Mr. Mullen, it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board request of the- Town Board funds in the amount of $2 ,500.00, as already authorized: in resolution for the development plan, for ERM-Northeast to . further` define the water quality and quanity between the ' one and two °foot contours within Southold Town.
