The Southold Town Planning Board called a special meeting
Tuesday, April 12 , 1983 at 2 : 00 to discuss personnel.
April 12 , 1983 , 2 : 20 p.m. Meeting opened and closed for the
following resolution. Present were:
Chairman Henry E. Raynor, Jr.
Member William F. Mullen, Jr.
Member G. Ritchie Latham, Jr.
Member Bennett Orlowski, Jr.
Member James Wall
On motion made by Mr. Wall, seconded by Mr. Latham, it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board request of
the Town Board an incentive increment in the amount of $2 ,000
to be added to the salary of the Planning Board Secretary,
Susan E. Long.
Vote of the Board: Ayes : Raynor, Latham, Mullen, Wall

WAIVER OF NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD MEETING
WE, the undersigned, being members of the Planning Board, of
the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, do hereby
severally waive notice of time, place and purpose of the
meeting of the Planning Board to be held at 2 : 20 p.m. at the
Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York on April 12 , 1983 ,
and do hereby consent that the same be held on said date for
the transaction of any business which may properly come before
said meeting.
