A special meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board was held in
the Planning Board Office, March 10, 1983 at 7 :35 p.m.
Present were:
Member William F. Mullen, Jr.
Member G. Ritchie Latham, Jr.
Member Bennett Orlowski, Jr.
On motion made by Mr. Mullen, seconded by Mr. Latham it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board set 7 :45 p.m. , Monday_ ,
March 28 , 1983 at the Southold Town Hall , Main Road, Southold, New
York as the time and place to hold a public hearing on the question
of the following proposed amendments to the Town of Southold Land
Subdivision Regulations:
I . Subdivision A of Section A106-42 thereof is hereby
amended by adding a new Subdivision thereto, to be
Subdivision (15) to read as follows:
( 15) A certificate or other document issued by
the Suffolk County department of Health
Services indicating that the existing or
proposed water supply and sewage disposal
facilities in the proposed subdivision will
meet the requirements of the Suffolk County
Department of Health Services .
II . Artilce IV thereof is hereby amended by adding a new
Section thereto, to be Section A 106-44 , to read as
'follows :
A106-44 . For the purposes of these regulations ,
a map, plat, subdivision map, application, referral
or request received, submitted or filed with the
with the town clerk or the Planning Board or any
of its officers or employees shall not' be deemed to

be received, submitted or filed until all documents
and information required by these regulations to
accompany the same have been filed with or submitted
to the Planning Board.
III. By amending paragraph A under the definition of
"Subdivision" contained in Section A106-13 ,, by
adding a new paragraph (9) as follows:
(9) An application to the Planning Board to set-off
a lot as herein provided shall be accompanied
by a fee of fifty dollars ($50. 00) .
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Latham, Mullen, Orlowski
Being no further business to come before the Board Mr. Orlowski
made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Latham, and carried.
Meeting adjourned at 8: 55 p.m.

WAIVER OF NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD MEETING
WE, the undersigned, being members of the Planning Board
of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, do
hereby severally waive notice of time, place and purpose
of the meeting of the Planning Board to be held at
Southold Town Hall, Southold,. New York on March 10, 1983
and do hereby consent that the same be held on said date
for the transaction of any business which may properly
come before said meeting.
