A special meeting of the Southold ,Town Planning Board was
held at April 12 , 1984 at the Southold Town Hall at 3 :30 p.m.
Present were:
Henry E. Raynor, Jr. , Chairman
Bennett Orlowski,. Jr.., Member
William F. Mullen, Jr. , Member
On a motion made by Mr. Mullen, seconded by Mr. Orlowski it.-was
RESOLVED that 'the Southold Town Planning Board refer the site.
plan "Beachwood . Cafe" to the Building Inspector for certification.
This. site= plan is located in Southold and proposes the construction .
of an addition to the existing building.
Vote of the Board: Ayes : Raynor, Mullen, Orlowski
Being no further business to come before the Board Mr. Mullen,
made :a=motion to adjo:urh:,....seconded by Mr. Orlowski and carried.
The meeting adjourned at 3 :35 p.m.

WAIVER OF NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD MEETING
WE, the undersigned, being members of the Planning Board, of
the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, do hereby
severally waive notice of time, place and purpose of the
meeting of the Planning Board to be held at 3 :30 p.m. at the
Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York on April 12 , 1984
and do hereby consent that the same be held on said date for
the transaction of any business which may properly come before
said meeting.
