A special meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board was held
in the Planning Board Office, February 15 , 1984 at 10: 00' a.m.
Present were:
Henry. E. Raynor, Jr. , Chairman
Member Bennett Orlowski,Jr.
Member William Mullen/ Jr.
On a motion made by Mr. Mullen, seconded by Mr. Orlowski it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board accept Inspector
John W. Davis ' report # 342 with regard to access road to
Lot #21 within the subdivision of Goose Bay Estates located
at Southold.
Vote of the Board Ayes : Raynor, .Orlowski, .Mullen
There being no further business to come before the Board,
the meeting was adjourned at 10: 15 a..m

WAIVER OF NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD MEETING
WE, the undersigned, being members of the Planning Board, of
the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, do hereby
severally waive notice of time, place and purpose of the
meeting of the Planning Board to be held at 10: 00 a.m. at the
Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York on February 15 , 1984 .
and do hereby consent that the same be held on said date for
the transaction of any business which may properly come before
said meeting. '
