The Southold Town Planning Board held a special meeting
on June 3 , 1985 at 3 :30 p.m. at the Southold Town Hall,
Main Road, Southold, .NY .
Present were:
Chairman Bennett Orlowski, Jr.
Member Richard G. Ward
Member G. Ritchie Latham, Jr.
On a motion made by Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Orlowski, it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board grant a 90—
day extension on the .action of the major subddvision of Cove
Beach Associates located at ,East Marion, pursuant. to the
request of the .attorney for the applicant.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Orlowski, Ward, Latham
