Present .were: Chairman Bennett Orlowski Member Richard Ward Member William Mullen, Jr. Member G. Ritchie Latham, Jr. On a motion made by Latham, seconded by Mr. Mullen, it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board grant a 90-day extension on the final action of the major subdivision of Woodbine Manor pursuant to the request of the applicant in order that the required improvements may be completed. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Orlowski,Mullen, Latham, Ward On a motion made by Mr. 'Latham, seconded by Mr. Mullen, it was RESOLVED. that the Southold Town Planning Board grant a 90 day extension on the filing of the final map for the major . subdivision of Harbor View pursuant to the request of the attorney for the applicant in order that the Health Department approval may be secured. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Orlowski, Mullen, Latham, Ward Being no further business to come before the Board, on a motion made by Mr. Mullen, seconded by Mx.
