The Southold Town Planning Board held a special meeting at
4: 45 p.m. at Thursday, September 26, 1985 at the Town Hall,
Main Road, Southold.
Present were:
Chairman Bennett Orlowski, Jr.
Member William F. Mullen, Jr.
Member G. Ritchie Latham, Jr.
On a motion made by Mr. Mullen, seconded by Mr. Latham, it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board grant a 30 day,
extension. on the action of the minor subdivision of Cranberry
Acres, located .at Southold pursuant to the request of the agent.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Orlowski, Mullen, Latham
On a motion made by Mr.. Mullen, seconded by -Mr. Latham it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board waive the require-
ment for park and playground, including a fee in lieu of land,. for
the minor subdivision of Robert and .Aldona Norkus located at Southold;
and amend the resolution of September 16 accordingly.
Vote of the Board: Ayes : Orlowski, Mullen, Latham
On a motion made by Mr. Latham, seconded by Mr. Mullen it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board waive the require-
ment for park and playground, including a fee in lieu of land, for
the minor subdivision of Barbara D. Schriver, located at Orient;
and amend the resolution of September 16 accordingly.
Vote of . the Board: Ayes: Orlowski, Mullen, Latham
Being no further business to come before the Board, on a motion
made by Mr. Mullen, seconded by Mr. Latham, and carried, the meeting
adjourned at 5: 00 p.m.
