The Southold Town Planning Board held a special meeting at .4:30 p.m.
Thursday, June 20, 1985 at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold.
Present were:
.Member William F. Mullen, Jr.
Member G. Ritchie Latham, Jr..
Member Richard G. Ward
On a motion made by Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Latham, it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board grant a 60
day extension, from the date of this resolution, on the final
action on the subdivision for Briscoe Smith . located at Fishers
Island.
Vote of the Board Ayes: Mu=11bn' ::Lattham, Ward
On a motion made by Mr. Mullen, seconded by Mr. Latham, it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town. Planning Board grant a 90-
day extension, from the date of: this resolution, on the final
action on the site plan of the Cove located at Southold.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Mullen, Latham, Ward
Being no further business to come before the Board, on a motion
made by Mr. Mullen, sec onded by Mr. Ward and carried, the meeting
was adjourned at 4 :35 p.m.

WAIVER OF NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD MEETING
WE, the undersigned, being members of the Planning Board, of
the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, do hereby
severally waive notice of time, place and purpose of the
meeting of the Planning Board to be held at 4 :3-0 at the
Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York on Thursday, June
20, 1985
and do hereby consent that the same be held on said date for
the transaction of any business which may properly come before
said meeting.
