The Southold Town Board met at the office. of Supervisor Norman E. Klipp (�
at Greenport, on Tues. , May 6, 1952. The meeting was called to order
at -1:30 P.M. by Justice Terry, .Supervisor Klipp being absent. Present
were:! Justices Terry, Tuthill, lbertson and Clark; Town Superintendent
of Highways Price; Town Attorney Terry and Town Clerk Booth.
The Board sat -as a committee on audit to examine claims against the
Town concluding the audit work at 2 o'clock P.M. � -
Moved by Justice Albertson; seconded by Justice Tuthill:
RESOLVED: ,That General Bills in the sum of $1410.16, Lighting District r`v.
Bills in the sum of $1200.94, Fishers island Ferry .District Bills in
the sum of $6758.62 be amd the same are hereby ordered paid.
Vote of flown Board: Ayes-Justices Terry, Tuthill, Albertson .and Clark.
Moved by Oustice Albertson; seconded by Justice Tuthill:
RESOLVED: That inasmuch as the required dedications and deeds for
two 25 foot drag areas having been received, map of same duly filed,'
and the mecessary papers signed, the Town Board take over and maintain
as a public highway MARLENE LANE at Mattituck, Town of Southold, New
York. L-
Vote of Town Board: Ayes- Justices Terry,. .Tuthill, Albertson, Clark
and Town Superintendent of Highways Price.
Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Tuthill:
RESOLVED: That the regular monthly meeting of this Board be held at
the office of the Supervisor at Greenport, on Tuesday, May 13 , 1952,
at 1:30 P.M.
Adjournment was at 2:40 P.M.
