Meeting of May 18, 1945 �
The Southold Town Board met at the office of S. Wentworth Horton,
at Greenport, on Friday, May 18, 1945. The meeting was called
to order at 1:30 P.M. with the following present : Supervisor r ,
Horton; Justices Terry; Hawkins ; and Klipp ; Town Superintendent
of Highways Price ; Town AttorXieyy Terry and Town Clerk Booth,

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and duly approved
as read.
Mr. Willimm Unklebach. appeared before the Board in behalf of
the Mattituck Chamber of Commerce relative to several questions +_
pertaining to the purchase of the Frank Barrett property at
Laurel. "

Resolved: That as the required papers have been duly received by

the Town Board., and the map has been duly filed. The Tow'n Board

Take over and maintain the roads known as Albo Drive ; dells Road
and G. I. Lane in the Village of Laurel. 1
Unanimously adopted.

Resolved : That the monthly audit. meeting of the Town Board be held
on Tuesday, June 5; 1945; at 1:30 P.M. F�
Unanimously adopted.
