The meeting was called to order at 7 :30 P.M. with the following present : Supervisor Horton; Justices Terry, Hawkins and Case ; Town Super- intendent of Highways Price ; Town Attorney Terry and Town .Clerk r' Booth, r The-minutes of the previous meeting were read and duly approved as read. -, Mrs. Ann Currie-Bell requested the Town Clerk to inform the Town rBcad rnest;:G;, .;Naunton, Town Clerk of Sovthwold, England, I had 'gassed away, r- Moved by Justice Case; seconded by Justice Terry: Resolved : That the Town Clerk be and he is hereby instructed to for- ward a letter of condolence to the bereaved family of the late Ernest G. Taunton, Town Clerk of Southwold, England unanimously adopted. Y Moved by Justice Hawkins; seconded by Justice Terry; . � Resolved : �hat. Mary Harbeck, Case Worker, be granted an extention of leave of absence from April 1, 1945 to Oct. 11 1945. Went- worth Horton, at Greenport , on Tuesday, April 3, 1945. The meet- -� ing was Balled to order at 1:30 P.M. with the following present: Supervisor Horton; Justices Terry, Hawkins and Klipp; Town Super- intendent of Highways Price; Town Attorney Terry; and Town Clerk Booth: The Board sat at once as a committee on audit to examine claims against the Town concluding the audit at 2 :00 P.M. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and duly approved as -� read. Moved by Justice Hawkins; seconded by Justice Terry: Resolved: That. General bills in the amount of $7,051.79, Reimbursable ~ Welfare Bills in the amount of $3.75, Non-reimbursable Welfare Bills .� in the amount of $128.09, be and the same is hereby ordered paid. Unaminiously adopted. Moved by Justice Terry; seconded by Justice Hawkins : t- Resolved : That the regular monthly meeting of the Town Board be held on ) Friday, April 20, 1945 at 1 :3.0 P.M.
