The Southold Town Board met at the office of Supervisor S. Wentworth
Horton, at Greenport , on Wednesday, February 7, 1945'. The meeting was
called to order at. 7 :30 P.M. , with the following presents Supervisor
Horton; Justices Terry, Hawkins and Case; Superintendent of Highways
T Price and Town Clerk Booth.
The Board sat at once as a committee on audit to examine -claims against
the Town, concluding the audit at 8 P.M.
,- The minutes of the previous meeting were read and were duly approved
as read.
Moved by Justice Terry; seconded by Justice case :
.� , Resolved : That General Bills in the amount of 2,975.12; Reimbursable
Welfare Bills in the amount of $20.70; Non-reimbursable welfare Bills
in the amount of $14.54, be and the same is hereby ordered paid.

r, Resolved : That the Chief of Police be empowered to purchase the neces-
sary amount of Vehicle and Traffic Law Summons blanks -to be used at the
;- Police Station.

Wednesday, February 28, 1945m;at 1:30 P.M.
Unanimously adopted.
This meeting was later postponed until Wednesday March 7, 1935, at
130 P.M.
