Mr. Orlowski: I would like to call this meeting to order.
First order of business is Walsh Park Benevolent. Public
hearing on final maps dated July 31, 1989 . This is an
affordable housing project located on Fishers Island. Are there
any objections to this subdivision? Hearing none, are there any
endorsements of this subdivision?
Mr. Tom Doherty, Fishers Island - I totally endorse this
project.
Mr. John Claven, Fishers Island - I second that, it is a
desperately needed project and we appreciate the expeditious
handling of it.
Mr. Orlowski: Any other endorsements? Hearing none, any
questions from the board?
Board: No questions.
Mr. Orlowski: Being there are no further questions, I declare
this hearing closed and thank you for coming down. Since this
is an affordable project on Fishers Island I would like to
entertain a motion to approve with the amended C & R' s as
approved by our Town Attorney.

Mr. Orlowski: I will also entertain a motion to sign the maps .

Mr. Orlowski: Eli "ah' s Lane Town Owned Pro ert - Board to
authorize the Chairman to endorse the final maps dated May
8th, 1989. This minor subdivision is on 2 . 962 acres located
in Mattituck. Everything is in order.
Mr. Latham: So moved.
Mr. Mullen: Second.
Mr. Orlowski: Motion made and seconded. Any questions on the
motion? All those in favor?
Ayes: Mr. Latham, Mr. Mullen, Mr. Edwards,
Mr. Edwards, Mr. Orlowski.
Mr. Orlowski: Opposed? So ordered.
Mr. Orlowski: Hiawatha' s Path - Board to authorize the
Chairman to endorse the final maps dated August 8th, 1989.
This minor subdivision is on Town owned property is on . 9298
acres located at Southold. Everything is in order.
