Mr. Stoutenburgh requested.;:that, with the permit :for: the.: Suffolk County,.

After, conferring:-with-Town:Attorney-Tasker :: Mr. Staples reported: that
charges. for=spoils must.:be' uniform for,-both: residents.; and...cgmmercial
concerns.
Mr, -;G;:; Moyle,::appeared before. the Board:. in regard.-to the- dredgingl,, of,
Corey Creek. He stated that sandbars from the west and north are
_beginning to,'-meet, making.-a dangerous, .situation. for. swimmers with boats
t going t ir•.ough - The oTrustees. z.tated;, if: they. determined ,the- need, they.
would put it on the list of priorities. The Board .also• feels it. could
be done with a drag line.
Mrs. Hataier will represent the Board at the Southold Town Board
meeting to be held on Fishers Island on August 12, 1981.
A letter has been sent to Roy Haje of Enconsultants, Inc. , to notify
him that-h6; would have to "apply-f;di permits' from-'the Trustees 'for"` the'°"f I/�'f
proposed construction of a retaining wall on property of Dr. Alfred ,
Nadel.
After discussion as to Donald DeLalla being in violation of his permits,
Mr. Staples suggested we wait for the decision of the Board of Appeals,
in regard to the same case, before coming to any conclusion. The Board
requested Bay Constable Tom Czelatka attend that August 6, 1981, meeting.
Mrs�t)Hataier requested a copy from the Town Zoning Ordinance covering S�„ r
the mooring of boats be sent to Mr. Roy DeMott in reply to his letter of §`6!lrl
request for one.
The matter of the dock extension of Matt-A-Mar Marina and the application
of Nattituck Inlet Marina for dredging were tabled until the next
meeting.
The Board requested a letter be sent to the Southold Town Board re- 9G r �
questing Frank Kujawski be appointed to the Mattituck Inlet Advisory
Committee with Anna Hataier as his alternate.
The Board requested the letter from Supervisor Pell in regard to his
letter from the West Creek Estates Property Owners Association for
dredging of West and Goose Creeks be filed for maintenance dredging
in 1982.
On motion made by Mr. Smith,, seconded by Mr. Stoutenburgh, it was
-RESOLVED to permit Arnold Buffum Lovell to put his float the long way
rather than parallel to 'the shore as stated in his permit.
Mr. Stoutenburgh requested it be entered into the record that John Wickham
said, "no way" would he take a ninety-nine year lease, issued with the

provision the property be used for agricultural purposes only, in lieu
of: the quit- claim! he. requested for property::located-'at West,.'Creek:
