On Thursday, i.May 27, 1982,. Mr. Smith .-and .`Bay.,Constable -Czelatka,-.investi-
gated theti ,,complaint that a Mr. Occhiogrosso did dredging and built a dock
near the end of Corey Creek Lane and they found nothing out of the ordinary.
On motion made by Mr. Stoutenburgh, seconded by Mr. Kujawski and- carried,
the mooring renewal permits for the month of July were approved.
On motion made by Mr. Bednoski, seconded by Mr. Smith, it was . r:'
RESOLVED to approve the application of John W. Savages Jr. , to place an
7� :offshore .stake...with pulley :line- to onshore, stale -at Mat itu.;ck .Creek,

In regard to the application of Roger McCarvill for a mooring in Jockey

Creek, Mrs. McCarvill was advised to check with the-Park Distr_ict-_to _

approval. Please note that our original idea of surveying smaller and less-

This project would proceed in three phases and may occur simultaneously.

II. Trustee review of part I data
a. Grandfather all structures erected prior to 1972. A $5.00
registration fee will be charged.
b. If less than 10 years old, but without a permit, then file
application and collect for square footage.
III. Mapping and keying structures to Town map
a. All structures will be keyed to .Town map. and dated. This will
thin serve as a valuable resource and reference for future
applications:
b. Reorganize Trustee files by working with Marian Goubeaud to
classify by crjek first, aphabetical by name second and cross
reference with file card index.
we are requesting $1500. to undertake this project. If these funds are
not fully expended, the balance will not be used.

On Thursday, June 24, 1982, at 10 :00 AM, the DEC will hold a hearing on
the wetlands applications of Joseph Cavalier and Howard Petersen.
President Stoutenburgh requested that all the Trustees attend this
meeting and support their conc rn in regard to these projects.
There being no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Kujawski
made a motion, seconded by Mr. DiVello� and carried, to adjourn. Meeting
adjourned 9 :15 PM.
