On motion made by Mr. Stoutenburgh, seconded by Mr. Kujawski, it was RESOLVED to table the application of Joseph Cavalier to construct a dock, ramp, bulkhead and to dredge in Mattituck Creek, Mattituck until the Trustees hear from the DEC ;and Army Corps of Engineers. Vote of Board: Ayes : Messrs. Stoutenburgh, Kujawski, DiVello, Nayes : Messrs. Smith and Bednoski.__. On motion made by Mr. Stoutenburgh, seconded by Mr. Kujawski, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board to hold in abeyance decision on the Wetland Application #86 of Joseph Cavalier as per above application. Vote of Board: Ayes: Messrs. Stoutenburgh, Kujawski and DiVello. Nayes : Messrs. Smith and Bednoski. On motion made by Mr. Stoutenburgh, seconded by Mr. Kujawski, it was RESOLVED to table the application of Petersen Towin&Corp. to dredge, construct retaining wall, remove point of land which juts into creek, install pilings, walkway, ramp• and rip rap in Mattituck Creek, Mattituck, until the Trustees hear from the DEC and Army Corps of Engineers. Vote of Board: Ayes : Messrs. Stoutenburgh, Kujawski, ,.DiVello. Nayes : Messrs. Smith and Bednoski. On motion made by Mr. Stoutenburgh, seconded by""Mr. Kujawski, it was RESOLVED to recommend topthe Southold Town Board to hold in abeyance decision on the Wetland Application #86 of Petersen Towing Corp. as per above application. Vote of Board: Ayes : Messrs. Stoutenburgh, Kujawski, and DiVello. Nayes : Messrs. Smith and Bednoski. The Board agreed to meet with Councilman Murphy, Town Baymen, Town Clerk, and the Town Attorney on Thursday, May 13, 1982, at 2 :00 PM, to discuss amending the Shellfish Ordinance to present before a Public Meeting. The Board requested a letter be sent to Lawrence Brannigan stating the dock he constructed does not conform with- his permit. As!�he is in violation, he must submit a new application and a wetl'"ands application for the dock, ramp and floating dock. i In reply to the letter of Agnes Pagnozzi, the Board agreed to give her to i the end of the week to remove the piles. On motion made by Mr. DiVello, seconded by Mr. Kujawski and carried, the mooring renewal permits for the month of June were approved. The Board requested a letter be sent to the Town .Board stating they would like to meet_ with the Board at their next work session to discuss hiring Town youths to inventory and survey one of the creeks in Southold Town this summer. Czelatka Mr. Smith and Constable/are to investigate a complaint that a Mr. Occhiogrossc did dredging and built a dock near the end of Corey Creek Lane.
