ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
JANUARY 2, 1986
7: 30 P.M.
The Organizational Meeting of the Board of Town Trustees
was held on Thursday, January 2, 1986, at the Town Hall, Main
Road, Southold, New York. The meeting opened at .7: 30 P.M.
Present were: Trustee Henry. P. Smith
Trustee John Bredemeyer
Trustee Ellen M. Larsen
Trustee Phillip J. Goubeaud
Trustee Albert Krupski
Secretary Ilene Pfifferling
President Smith welcomed everyone and advised that the first
order of business was to elect a President of the Board of Trustees.
The floor was opened to nominations.
Moved by Trustee Goubeau d seconded by Trustee Larsen it was
RESOLVED that Henry P. Smith be and hereby is elected as
President of the Board of Trustees.
Vote of Board: Ayes: All
This resolution was declared duly:..adopted.
President Smith: Next order of business is tb-appoint a Vice-
President to the Board.
Trustee President HenryP. Smith hereby appointed Trustee John
Bredemeyer as Vice-President to the Board of Trustees.
Trustee President Henry P. Smith hereby appointed Ilene Pfifferlin
as. Clerk to the Board of Trustees.
Board of Trustees - Organizational Meeting - January 2, 1986
There was discussion held regarding the areas of interest and
concern of the Trustees for this year.
There being no further business to come before the Board on
Motion by Trustee Br.edemeyer seconded by Trustee Larsen--' it was
Resolved that this Organizational Meeting be and hereby is adjourned.
