SPECIAL MEETING
AUGUST 13 , 1992

Executive Session: 5: 45
A motion was made by TRUSTEE TUTHILL and seconded by TRUSTEE
KRUPSKI to hire Steve Angel and Assistant John Wagner as
Attorney's to the Trustees at a rate of $175.00 less 10% for
Steve Angel and $150. 00 less 10% for John Wagner. ALL AYES.
The Board discussed sending a letter to Mr. Angel letting know
he was hired and asking him to set a date as soon as possible to
discuss agenda which board discussed.
The following moorings were approved:
A motion was made by TRUSTEE KRUPSKI and seconded by TRUSTEE
ALBERTSON to approve a mooring for Padraic Furlong in
Broadwaters Cove for a 21' Roballo with 100 lbs mushroom.
Access: Own Property. ALL AYES.
A motion was made by TRUSTEE TUTHILL and seconded by TRUSTEE
BREDEMEYER to approve a mooring for John Bradly in Hallocks
Bay for a 30 ' inboard (clam boat) with 1001b mushroom.
Access: Town Ramp. ALL AYES.
A motion was made by TRUSTEE KRUPSKI and seconded by TRUSTEE
ALBERSTON to approve mooring for Edward Hassildine in
Wickham Creek for a 19' I/O with a 1001b mushroom. Access:
Own Property. All Ayes.
A motion was made by TRUSTEE KRUPSKI and seconded by TRUSTEE
BREDEMEYER to approve mooring for Richard Kraebel in Goose
Creek for a 15 ' outboard with 1001b mushroom SUBJECT to
inspection by Trustee Smith. Access: Area ROW. ALL AYES.
A motion was made by TRUSTEE KRUPSKI and seconded by TRUSTEE
ALBERTSON to approve the amendment of Olmstead for Savvas
Milienos to make the float 8 ' X 40 ' instead of 6' X 201 . ALL
AYES. This was tabled from 7-30--92 meeting thinking this was
ROW, when actually is a flag lot.
