We need to do repair/replacement of our bulkhead. We have just come to know recently that the previous owner,the late Mr. Ralph L. Pannella, had obtained a bulkhead permit before closing. I just called and was told that we needed to transfer the permit to our names. I am writing to request to transfer the exiting bulkhead permit to my name. We don't need to do anything at this moment(just minor repairs), we will need a new bulkhead very soon. A check of$50 was mailed and received by the trustees. In completing this transfer, I hereby authorize the trustees,their agent(s) or representatives to enter my property to inspect the premises in conjunction with this application.
