Dear Mrs. Ford;
In regard to your minor 'subdivision'.shown on map by
Van:Tuyl & Son, dated, October 31, ..1969, the: Planning Board
feels that the 'lots are too, small..
It has .been the policy 'of. this Board in creating minor
subdivisions to require the 'same lot site as major, subdivisions.
In other .words.,.- the minor subdivisions save the developer ,much-
time and money but the;lot :size'.is' expected ,to meet.:the_ 20,-000
sq. ft. standard and tave the 'usual- 100. ft. frontage. In fact
we 'usually require that _frontage be- on•'.a 50. ft. -road' or right-.
of-way. -
in this case this .is not possibly. 'obwiousl'y but .the
Board .will require basically,.'that .all lots contain at ,least
20,000 sq. -ft. of, area.
