MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING

Board to approve minutes of the following special meetings:
September 26, 1991
October 17, 1991
A motion was made by Trustee Krupski and seconded by Trustee
Tuthill to approve the minutes of the Special meeting of
September 26, 1991 and October 17, 199.1. ALL AYES.
A motion was made by Trustee Tuthill,- and seconded by Trustee
Smith to grant a waiver if not in,,the Trustees jurisdiction to
Samuel Gordon to construct a one family dwelling on Fishers
Island. As this application came in prior to the resolution of
no more waivers for houses, the Trustees feel a waiver is
appropriate. ALL AYES.
