The Board of Trustees noticed several trees including what appears to have been a 18"- 20" caliper healthy oak tree had been cut seaward of the residence and within Trustee jurisdiction. In addition it appears that there has been clearing alongside of the docks also within Trustee jurisdiction. Please be advised that all activities within 100 feet of wetlands boundaries require a permit, and that going forward you should seek and obtain Trustee approval for any application regarding these activities.
