Gentlemen; Upon g1hick reveiew of "7-11 " site plan, they seem to have everything pretty well covered, however - any plantings in the front of parking area should not be allowed over 30" high flnr visability. Their ground sign should have full_ four feet or more clearance between sign and ground level. The parking area should be deepened by at least 10 feet to allow for delivery truck length and adequate turning area for parked cars in the spaces provided. Sales area to parking 'ratio is O.K. Runoff rainwater should be based on our combined roof and paved are at a 6" rainfall, should be checked by our Engineer . The perkulation in this area is very poor, so oversize leaching polls ust be provided . Paved access to the rear of the lot should be trovided in case of emergency, preferably where there is an accessable side door( E/S) avaiable . Health Dept approval should be secured and brought in before this goes too far, there may be need for additional leaching pools due to soil conditions . Public water is available from Green-port Village system, probably electric also from Greenport village in this area. The computations shown are within our requirements , however the above should be in addition to their submission. Flood lighting must be confined to their premises .
