Witzke located at Laurel Avenue, Southold. An initial determination of non-significance has been made. RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve the lot line change for William M. Witzki located at Laurel Avenue, Southold, survey dated as amended March 21, 1986 subject to the following: 1.
