As I indicated to you, back in the late 1960ts, when Donald and Lorna Tuthill conveyed Lot #22 to Mr. Tuthillts sister, they also conveyed a small triangular portion from the northerly corner of Lot #29, which small triangle is designated as parcel #1 on on our sub-division application. The Building Department refuses now to issue aVacant Land Certificate of Occupancy for the remaining part of Lot #29, without the Planning Board approving the re-moval of the small triangle from the northerly corner. I would appreciate the Planning Board, as soon. as possib e" v riting a letter approving this matter as a "set-off", since no ad itional building lots were ever created, and the remaining portion of t #29 i;. e.
