The following action was taken by the Southold Town Plan-
ning Board, Monday, March 28 , 1983 .
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve a
set-off (106-13) on the property of Donald E. & Lorna E.
Tuthill , lot #29 of Yennecott Park, and .the . portion being set
off will merge with lot #22 of Yennecott Park.
It was noted that the -maps in our file have not been signed
by a P.E. Upon receipt of four final maps .the Chairman will
endorse approval, two of which will be returned to your office.

Dear Susan:
Let this confirm our phone conversation of this morning. As I indicated to
you, back in the late 1960ts, when Donald and Lorna Tuthill conveyed
Lot #22 to Mr. Tuthillts sister, they also conveyed a small triangular
portion from the northerly corner of Lot #29, which small triangle is
designated as parcel #1 on on our sub-division application. The Building
Department refuses now to issue aVacant Land Certificate of Occupancy
for the remaining part of Lot #29, without the Planning Board approving
the re-moval of the small triangle from the northerly corner.
I would appreciate the Planning Board, as soon. as possib e" v riting a
letter approving this matter as a "set-off", since no ad itional building
lots were ever created, and the remaining portion of t #29 i;. e. Parcel
#2 is 99. 9% in tact. r"

Dear Henry:
Enclosed please find an application for minor subdivision of Lot #29, of
Yennecott Park and the application fee of $50.00.
Donald and Lorna Tuthill, back in the late 1960=s redefined the northerly
boundry line in upper lot in corn f,-of-the property by transferring Lot #22.
We have requested a Vacant Land Certificate of Occupancy for the
remaining portion of Lot #29 and was advised by the Building Department
that we should request that your office approve the above mentioned lot
line change.
As you can see from the enclosed survey, the small tri gular arcel
which was conveyed to the adjoining owner is miniscul and acco dingly,
I request that you approve the lot line change as a set off. The uthills
did not try to create a new building lot.
