RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board refer the site plan for Gordon Schlaefer for an addition on an existing building to be used . for a retail store, located at Country Route 48, Southold, to the Building Department. Survey dated as amended April 17, 1986. Would you please forward three (3) of the above mentioned surveys for our referral to the Building Department. It was also requested that a landscape plan be submitted, as well as an indication as to. the type of pavement in the parking area. Asphalt with oil and blue stone was suggested for the pavement, by the Board at the meeting. An application will have to be made to the County for approval of the curb cut and when this has been received, would you please forward a copy to our office. Thank you.
