Variance under Town Law, Sec. 280-A and Section 10-235A of the Zoning Code, for a determination establishing minimum construction standards over private right-of-way over land 1000-127-8-17.3, extending from the N/s Peconic Bay Boulevard, Laurel, to Parcel 1000-127-3-10.
