Nelson requesting a change -of zone 'of certain property in Greenport,' New 'kork, -described in said, petition from "A Residential and Agriculural' District'.to "B=2" Business District, NOW, THEREFORE, BE- IT RESOLVED: 'That the Town Clerk 'of -the Town. of Southold be and he hereby is :directed to ,transmit this application_ to the Planning Board in accordance with Section 901,' 'Subdivision „C' of Article IX'of the Building Zone Ordinance" of' the Town of Southold. WHEREAS, Mr. William Schriever of .Orient, New 'York, has _offered'-a..car to' the Tdwn .of Southold 'for use by -the Civil Defense, the Board advised the Supervisor to accept the offer with thanks if 'it .seems advisable 'after acquiring more particulars. . A letter was received from-Mr. VanTuyl'-thanking the Highway Depart ment for their .fine work. on the street where he lives. A letter was received from A.- John ,Gada concerning the* reznoV ' of rocks from the channel "at-'Fishers Island, . New York. Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by' Justice Clark; RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk. of the Town of Southold be and he here- by is directed to request--the,. Long Island Lighting Company to install two 100 cp 'street' lights do Depot Lane, Cutchogue, New York; on poles LILCO #67 .and .NYTCO,-,#71,. .both in the Cutchogue Light. District.
