Moved by Justice Clark; seconded :by Councilman Valentine; RESOLVED: That the next meeting of the Town Board of Southold be held at the office. of the Supervisor, Lester. M. Albertson, at 16 South Street, Greenport, New York, on Tuesday, October 19, 19651 at 3:00 P.M. Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justices muthill and Clark. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Tuthill: .WHEREAS, Irving L. Price, representing Rarus, Inc, by petition ver- ified the 15th day of July, 1965, petitioned the Town Board for a change of zone of certain real property situated in Arshamomoque, New York, described in said petition from "A" Residential and Agric- ultural District to "B-2" Business District, and WHEREAS, the said petition was referred to the Planning Board for its official recommendation and report, and WHEREAS, the Town Board, pursuant to due notice thereof, held a hearing thereon on the 28th day of September, 1965, at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Southold Town Building Zone Ordinance including the Building Zone Maps be. amended from "A" Residential and Agriculur al District to "B-211 Business District on the following described property: ALL that certain tract or parcel of land at Arshamomoque, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a monument in the southerly line of Middle (North) Road 365.09 feet easterly from it' s intersection with the easterly line of Chapel Lane; thence N. 360 33 ' -20" E. 390.0 feet; thence S. 530 26' 40" E. 400.0 feet; thence S. 360 33� 2011 W. 390.0 feet; thence N. 530 26' 401, W. 400.0 feet totthe point or' place of beginning, con- taining 3.581 acres.
