' Richmond. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Tuthill:. RESOLVED.: That the minutes of .the meeting- of April 6, 1965 be and they are hereby approved. Vote of Town Board.: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest_ and Valentine; Justices Tuthill and Clark. Moved by Councilman Valentine; seconded by Justice Clark; RESOLVED: That the next regular- meeting of the .Town .Board will be held at the office of the Supervisor, Lester M. Albertson, . l6 .South . Street, Greenport, New York, on Friday, *May 7, 1965 at 3:00 P.M. Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson;. Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justices Tuthill and Clark. At 3.00 P.M. in accordance with a notice published according to law, bids were opened for the purchase of .a pick-up truck for Town use. The following bids were submitted:. Greenport .Auto Sales------------------------$1700.00 O'Keefe Chevrolet Olds. . Inc.--------------- 1529.60 ' Tryac Truck & Equipment Co.---------------- 1779.00 . Hulse, Jr. of Greenport, New York, be and he hereby is reappointed a member of the ..Southold Board of Appeals to serve a five year period from April 20, 1965 to April 19, .. 1970. Moved by, Councilman Demar.est;. ,seconded by Justice Clark, WHEREAS, Carlson and Reed have requested permission .to dig* and place water mains within the bounds of certain Town Highways in the town of Southold for the, connection of Greenport and, Southold. .water works, NOW, THEREFORE, BE .IT RESOLVED: That the Town Board hereby authorizes the Supt. of Highways to issue a permit for the, placing of water mains within the bounds of. Town Highways on the.. following r.oads:. 1. West side of .Boisseau Ave. from 400' south of the R.R. north of Middle Road. 2. North side. of Hummel Avenue from Boisseau Avenue westerly for 2001 . 3. Crossing' of Railroad Avenue north of apron of Middle Road. 4. East side ,of Horton_ Lane from Middle Road to North Road. 5. West side of North Road" from Hortons. Lane to New Pump .Site.. 6. South side of North. Street from Moores Lane to Village of Greenport line, ands BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That a Bond of $5000.00 be required and that the roads and shoulders be restored to their present condition. Rohm (or Equal) SSVW Tower 100 -feet including base section for concrete; 7.5 cubic yards concrete -3000 lb. strength 1 (one) communications product 167-509 -antenna (or equal) and mounts, all transportation and installation charges included„ RESOLVED: That Supervisor Lester- M. Albertson be and he hereby is directed to enter into a contract with .Southampton Electronic for, the pvpchase of said equipment installed as -per -contract, excluding the'. removal of the present pole and antenna, for the sum of $1402.00.
