Business District, NOW, .THEREFORE, BE IT RESOBVED: That the Town Clerk' of -the Town of Southold be and he .hereby is directed to transmit this application to the Planting Board in accordance with Section 901, subdivision C of Article IX of the Building Zone -Ordinance of the -Town of Southold. Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and WHEREAS; the-'said petition was referred to the Planning Board for its official recommendation and report, and - WHEREAS, the Town Board pursuant to due" notice thereof held a Hearing on April 2,. 1965, at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity' to be heard, NOW, THEREFORE, BE- IT RESOLVED: That the Building Zone Ordinance of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y. be amended as followsz (Copy of Amendment found on -pages 54,55, 56, 57 and 58.) Councilmen"'Demarest and Valentine; Justices Tdthiil and Clark": At 3: 30 P.M. in accordance with the notice published according to law, bids were opened for proposals for furnishing to the Town of Southold and installing 'l-Rohm -(or equal) SSVW Tower- 100 feet including base section for 'conceete; "7.5 cubic yards concrete 3000 1b strength; 1 (one) communications products 167-509 antenna (or equal) . and mounts. ' All transportation and installation charges are to be included in the bid which shall also include the removal of the present pole and` an- tenna. Only one bid was received-. Southampton Electronics $1402.00 350.00 removal of tower $1752.00 to be installed in 45 days. The bids were held for study.- The Health Department held a joint meeting with the Town Board and the Greenport Village Board to discuss the conditions of the 'dispo'sal , areas in Cutchogue and Greenport.
