The meeting, was called to order at 3.:00 P.M. with .the -following present: Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justices Tuthill and Clark; Town Attorney Tasker; Superintendent of Highways Price and Town Clerk Richmond.
