Beach, L.I. ,N.Y. was discontinued by the Federal Government and that
the County of Suffolk was interested in obtaining it.
Moved by Justice, Tuthill; seconded by Councilman Valentine;
WHEREAS, a petition was received from Woodhollow Property Inc., request-
ing a change of zone of .certain property at Orient Point, Town of S
Southold County of Suffolk, State of New York, described .in said
petition -from "A" Residential and Agricultural District to "B"
Business District, ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk b(f the .Town of
Southold be and he hereby is -directed to transmit this application
to the Planning Board in accordance with Section 901, Subdivision C
of Article IX of the Building Zone Ordinance of the Town of Southold.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilman Valentine;
Justices, Tuthill and Clark.

SPECIAL IAEETING OF JANUARY 26, 1965
Supervisor Lester M. Albertson called- a Special Meeting of the Town
Board to meet at his office, 16 South Street, Greenport, New York,
at 4:00 P.M. on January 26, 1965 .
Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Tuthill:
WHEREAS, Theodore 0. Beebe, Cutchogue, N.Y. has served the Town of
Southold as Patrolman for a period of one and one=half years,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the salary of Theodore 0. Beebe
be and hereby is increased from '6300 to '6500 per year, effective
as of January 23, 1965 .
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilman Valentine;
Councilman Demarest; Justices Tuthill and Clark.

WAIVER OF NOTICE OF TOWN BOARD MEETING
We, the undersigned, being members of the Town Board of the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York, do hereby severally waive notice
of the time, place and purpose of the meeting of the Town Board to
be held at Greenport, in the Town of Southold, New York, on Thursday
January 26, 1965, and do hereby consent that the same be held on
said date for the transaction of any business which may properly
come before said meeting.

A special meeting of the Southold Town Board was held at the Super-
visor' s Office, 16 South Street, Greenport, New York, the members
of the Board having waived notice of the time, place and purpose
of the meeting. The meeting was called to order by the Supervisor at
7:45 P.M. with the following present: Supervisor Albertson;
Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justices Tuthill and Clark; Town
Attornyy Tasker and Town Clerk Richmond.

WHEREAS, the Bond No. 98-00-23, was issued by the Glens Falls
Insurance Company in the name of Frank S: Zaleski, in the sum of
$30,.000.00,. and
WHEREAS, the said principal has made application to the Southold
Town Planning Board, of .the Town of Southold,. .Suffolk County, New
York, for approval of a :plat known as Deep Hole Creek Estates,. .
NOW, THEREFORE, the ,.,Gohd'M—Uh-of the obligation is such. that of
the said Principal shall, during the period beginning on the 21st
day of January 1965 and' ending the . 21st day of January 1968., well
and truly keep. and in every respect comply with and conform to
the provisions _of Section 277. and Section -278 of the Town Law of.
the State of .New York and the Subdivision regulations of the South-
old .Town Planning Board, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, and shall well and truly install all required improvements .
as set forth in resolution and in conformity with Southold Town
Highway Specifications adopted at a meeting of the said Southold
Town Planning Board held the 24th day of November, 1964, then
the obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and
effect.
RESOLVED: That the same is hereby approved as to its form, manner
of execution and sufficiency of sureties therein.
