The site plan is dated 10/06/99 and was prepared by Samuels and Steelman Architects. The drainage calculations that were provided for the proposed building construction as well as the pavement areas meet or exceed the requirements of the Town Code. The drainage provided and the contour elevations proposed for each entrance to the site has also been reviewed with the Highway Superintendent. According to Mr. Jacobs, there are currently no drainage problems on Cox Neck Road adjacent to the proposed entrances. Any additional drainage required at these entrances as a result of the proposed construction should be made the responsibility of the developer.
