The Southold Town -Board met at- the office of -the. Supervisor., Lester
M. Albertson, at Greenport, New York, .with the following present:
Supervisor Albertson; Justices Tuthill and Clark;, Councilmen Demarest
and Valentine; Town Attorney Tasker and Town Clerk Richmond and
Superintendent of Highways Raymond Dean. ,
Moved by Councilman Demarest; -seconded -by Justice Clark;
RESOLVED: That the minutes of November 9; 1966 be and, they hereby
are approved.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest
and Valentine; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Councilman Demarest;
RESOLVED: That the next .meeting of the Town Board will be held at
the office of the Supervisor, Lester M. Albertson, 16 South Street,
Greenport, New York, . on Tuesday, December 6, 1966, at 3 :OO ;P.M.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest
and Valentine; Justices Tuthill and Clark.

RESOLVED: That Bond,No. 73 5-5514 BC, issued by the Aetna Casualty
and Surety Company in the name,of Bertha A. Okula, Tax Receiver,
Town of Southold, in the sum of $100, 000. 00 be and the same is
hereby approved as to its form, manner :of execution and sufficiency
of sureties therein.

WHEREAS, Isadore Krupski has applied to the, Town Board for a single
trailer renewal permit dated November 23 , 1966, , N
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the application of Isadore
Krupski to locate a single trailer on his property at Peconic, New
York;'be and hereby is granted for a six (6) month-period.

WHEREAS, Fred Lawson applied to the Town Board . for a single trailer
renewal -permit dated November 22 , 1966, 1
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the application of Fred Lawson
to locate a single trailer on the south side of Sound Avenue, Matt-
ituck, New York be and the same_ is hereby. granted for a six (6)
month period.

WHEREAS, Charles ,R. ,and Lucile have applied for a trailer permit
dated November 14, 1966, ,
NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the applications of Charles R.
and Lucile Masback to locate a trailer on their property, Main Road,
East Marion New York, be and' the same is hereby denied.

WHEREAS, a petition was received from Casbar, Inc. , Frank Born, Treas-
urer, requesting a change of zone of certain property on Westphalia
Road and Middle Road, Mattituck, New York described in said petition
from •"A" Residential and Agricultural District to "B" Business District,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE. ,IT RESOLVED:, That the Town_Clerk ,.of the Town of
Southold be and he hereby is directed to transmit this application
to :the Planning Board in accordance with Section 901,.. Subdivision C
of Article IX of the Building Zone Ordinance of the Town of Southold.

Southold be and hereby is directed to transmit this application to
the Planning Board ,in accordance with .Section ,901,, Subdivision C
of Article IX of the Building Zone Ordinance of the Town ;of Southold.

CREEK ESTATES, Southold, New York, and developed by South Fork Dev-
elopment Corporation.

B2 Business District on ,certain property in Mattituck, New York, .,
NOWE .THEREFORE, . .BE IT _RESOLVED: That a public hearing will .be held,
by the Southold Town Board at the Supervisor' s Office, 16 . South
Street, Greenport, New York, on December 20, 1966, at 7 :30 P.M. on
the above mentioned petition ,.and that the Town Clerk be and he hereby
is authorized-and-directed to cause a notice of said, hearinc( to. b,e
published in the Long Island .Traveler-Mattituck Watchman pursuant
to the requirements of law.

by the- Southold Town Board at the Supervisor-' s Offica, _ 16 South.St. ,
Greenport, ,New York, - on December 20, 1966 at 7 :30 P.M. on the above
mentioned petition and that .the Town Clerk be . and. he hereby is
authorized and directed to. cause a notice of said hearing to be
published. in the Long Island Traveler-Mattituck Watchman pursuant
to the requirements of law.

RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk be and he hereby is directed to request
the Long Island Lighting Company to remove the 100 cp light erroneously
placed by the. Lighting Company on Aquaview Avenue,. Pole #.,4, ,East
Marion and place it on pole #13 NYTCO, as of request on August 9, 1966.

RESOLVED: That the' Town Clerk of the Town of Southold be and ,he here-
by is directed to request .the ,Long Island Lighting Company to place
100 cp street lights on :poles #9 NYTCO and #12 LILCO, . both lights on
Tuckers' Lane, Southold, New York. .

RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk .be and he hereby is directed to request
the Long Island Lighting Company to place .one . (1) .175 MVOH. street
light on Pole #1, corner of Pac-ific Street and Legion Avenue, Matt-
ituck, New York.

add Valentine; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
The Building Inspector, Howard M. Terry, reported to the Town Board
that the new sidewalks being replaced by the Telephone Company .are
inferior in quality.
