Albertson, 16 South Street, Greenport, New York, on September 20, 1966. The meeting was called to order at 3 :00 P.M. with 'the following present: Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justices Tuthill and Clark; Town Attorney Tasker; Superintendent of Highways Dean and Town Clerk Richmond. Moved by Councilman Valentine; seconded by Justice Clark; RESOLVED: That the minutes of the September 6, 1966 .meeting and the minutes of the special meeting of September 10, 1966 be and they here- by are approved. Vote of Town Board: Ayes- Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine';- Justices Tuthill and Clark. Moved by Councilman Demarest;, - seconded by Councilman Valentine; RESOLVED: That the next meeting of the Town Board will be held at .the `office of ,the' Supervisor, Lester M. Albertson, 16 South Street, Greenport, N.Y., on -Tuesday, October 4, 1966 at3 :00 P.M. . Post #603 , Southold, New' ' York, applied to the Town Clerk for a Bingo License amendment, and WHEREAS, the Town Board has examined the application and after in- vestigation duly made findings and determinations as required by law, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: ' That the Supervisor be and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Board the findings and determinatio-hs required by law, and it is further RESOLVED; That the Town Clerk-be -and he hereby is directed to issue an amended Bingo License to the Southold American Legion, G.T:G. Tuthill, Mattituck, New York,, -be and hereby is, granted for occupancy for a period of six (6) months. Moved by Justice; Tuthill; seconded by Councilman Demarest;- WHEREAS-, Mable Miles has applied to the Town Board for a single trailer renewal permit dated September 20, 1966, 1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the application of Mable Miles to . locate a single trailer on her property, Private Road, Mattituck, N.Y. be and hereby is granted for a six (6) month period. Vote of Town Board: Ayes-supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine', Justices Tuthill and Clark. At 3 :00 P.M. in accordance with a notice published according to law, bids were opened for proposals to furnish to the Town of Southold, 1001000 gallons of special grade gasoline for the use of the Southold Town Police -Department and Highway department. The following bids were submitted: Agway - 171-2(� per gallon on todays price R. A. McCullum - 13. 37� per gallon Moved by Councilmn Valentine; seconded by Councilman Demarest; WHEREAS, R. A. McCullum., Socony Mobil, was the lowest bidder for the 100, 000 gallons of special grade gasoline, RESOLVED: That Supervisor Lester M. Albertson be and he hereby is directed to enter into a contract with R. A. McCullum, Socony Mobil, for the purchase of 100, 000 gallons or as much as is required of 304 special grade gasoline at' the price of 13. 37 cents per gallon for the use. of the Southold Town Police and Highway departments as per bid submitted. Albertson, be and he hereby is authorized to purchase .a new Remington Standard Typewriter at a cost of $205. 00 for the use by the Tax Receiver. Greenport, New York, owned and developed byHT Land and development Corp.
